Engagement model
1. Discovery (1–2 sessions)
We clarify the business problem, constraints, and success metrics. You get a written scope and recommendation — not a generic proposal.
2. Architecture & plan
I define the technical approach, milestones, and NO and communication rhythm. For leadership engagements, this includes team touchpoints and decision logs.
3. Build & iterate
Short cycles with visible progress. Weekly demos or async updates — your preference. I own implementation, not just advice.
4. Handoff & scale
Documentation, knowledge transfer, and optional ongoing fractional support.
